Blue Santos Technologies is the parent company of ReachGRC, Stevent, Udyam Solutions, Trading Division, Planit and Owl. As founding lead engineer I owned IT end to end across the group, led all technical hiring and managed two parallel engineering teams — one in-office, one fully remote.

Highlights

• Sole architect and lead developer for the company’s web and mobile products — Planit, the Blue Santos websites and internal automations — from design to delivery.
• Built a real-time Trust Center that integrates with client websites to surface live security logs and compliance dashboards, on AWS EC2, RDS and S3.
• Architected SOC 2 compliance automation: evidence collection, access tracking, audit-readiness workflows and enterprise-grade security controls.
• Redesigned the Malaysia GoGlobal event website end to end, delivering smooth 1 GB in-browser video streaming with full performance optimisation.
• Led 13–14 active projects concurrently across web, mobile and infrastructure, owning roadmap and technical decisions.
• Built internal email automation and tracking with Google Apps Script — scalable, observable, n8n-style workflows.
• Owned CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategy, production monitoring and infrastructure reliability.
• Led technical onboarding, mentored engineers, ran code reviews and aligned engineering with business goals.
